The Symmons IceMate ice maker box was designed to supply water to most refrigerators with ice makers and water dispensers. The IceMate box can be installed within a 16 inch stud bay with the heavy duty metal mounting straps or direct mounted to studs. The supply box is made of PVC with a paintable faceplate that accommodates up to two layers of 5/8 inch drywall. The quarter turn ball valve has a ½ inch sweat inlet and a ¼ inch compression outlet. The IceMate ice maker box is backed by the Symmons limited lifetime consumer warranty and 10 year warranty for commercial use.
